Feedback gevenServer was great but she was the only person working so it took forever just for her to take my order. Hire more people to work this place!!! Even the best most diligent worker can't do the work that should be meant for 3+ people
Watery, unevenly filled orders. Due to the low quality of my order, I had reached out since it was $45 worth of smoothies (photo only shows 4/6) and definitely way lower quality than if I blended some at home. I also did not get any of my points on the appeven though I ordered via app. No reply was given when I tried contacting both store and customer support about my concerns. Ilove jamba juice, but won't go to this location again. Also felt dirty and smelled weird inside (while waiting 30 minutes forsaid large, bad order) Prices are higher in this location verses other locations.
I've always had a good time at this jamba lol. I always get quick service and nice employees.
I wanted Jamba. He wanted Starbucks. Perfect. Excellent customer service. Awesome Razmatazz.
I was waiting to buy a smoothie and all the pick up orders that arrived was served before me. Don't walk in to buy something here.
