Kfc - Westminster

During my visit, they didn't even give me a receipt. While waiting for my order, three cars in the drive-thru received their food before me. The fries were stale and the Dr. Pepper was flat. I will not be returning to this restaurant, as they are too busy.

Employees, if not employed personal focuses too much socialization on spanish and do not see in the front counter to see if their customer or not. I had to wait until I heard 20-25min talk and I had to scream at the attention of the staff to take my order.

2 small sandwiches and a 2 pieces meal. drive off and found it just a sandwich and no butter or honey for dry cookies and no quitting too!

A discourteous employee started speaking to me in Spanish, and when I requested to converse in English, she rudely responded that she can speak Spanish if she chooses to speak in English. I will not be returning to this KFC.

In my opinion, this restaurant is better than Popeyes. They have made significant improvements over the years. I highly recommend ordering the extra crispy option.
