Feedback gevenI had to repeat my order 3 times and they still got it wrong I took it in and they fixed it but it's sad when you go to McDonald's and nobody speaks English do you speak some English I'll just speak Spanish it's sad I won't be coming back to this McDonald's ever again.
SLOW SLOW SLOW. What ever happened to fast food ? Forget about going through the drive through!! I went inside for to go order and saw for myself the sluggish efficiency applied to the orders!
I waited a while at the drive through station with no one in front of me or behind but no one take my order until a rude one did. Then I went to the next window and they don 't have my order, the girl asked did they take your order I said yes and she had to run over to ask. There comes my sandwich, all burnt on both and I asked them if they can fix it then the lady said that how they normally do it and my mocha frappe also has a taste of strawberry in it which is badddd
A bit of a long wait at curbside, and for some reason I couldn't order a large Diet Coke on the app (had to settle for a medium). The hash brown was cold, but the Hot Spicy McChicken Biscuits were the best I've had in a while.
Food was good and hot but the customer service was not so good. The little boy (teenager) who took are order threw the drive thru was rude to my husband and when we went to the first window to pay there was no worker there to take are payment so we went to the second window since no one was there and then he gave us attitude and was rude. I think the manager should really train there employees good customer service. I've been in customer service for about 13 years and I was taught to give good service were ever you work when you work with the public. That snot nose teen was rude and shouldn't be in customer service if it's going to be rude and all that
