Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Westminster

I absolutely love Popeyes! In my view, they offer the best spicy chicken sandwich among all the fast-food chains. Since it is a chain, I rated it 4 stars, but overall, it’s fantastic. This specific Popeyes location has consistently delivered a perfect experience.

They noticed me standing there and chose to ignore me.

On December 23, 2021, at 9:00 PM, the drive-thru was incredibly slow. It took me half an hour to get service for just three cars! It seemed like the employees were too busy chatting and not organized at all. The French fries were soggy and had a terrible taste, as if the oil hadn’t been changed in a while. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

This is the second time I ate from the Westminster Popeyes location. Both times I received a stomach bug from this location as well as hard biscuits and food that’s been sitting out all day . I will not be coming to this location ever again .

I will never again eat here!!! Last night I ordered $44 dollars worth of food for my family. The 5 piece tender meal, 3 piece tender meal which was a large so I paid more for the large. Some sides and some more stuff. $44 dollars worth. We came home started to eat and I tore open one of the chicken tenders and it wasn’t even fully cooked. I set it aside thinking maybe it was just one piece and my son specks out OMG my chicken looks like a different color than the rest of them. I was livid. So I take all the chicken back to Popeyes and said this chicken isn’t fully cooked yet when I ordered it you told me it was going to be 8 minutes cuz you had no more tenders and I said that’s fine. This employee tried to hand me back $13 dollars now I know a meal there is like $10 dollars. I wasn’t leaving the drive thru until I get my money and it would’ve been nice to get another round of cooked chicken but this employee didn’t know anything about customer service so I just completely forgot about it and left. The corporate office isn’t gonna like my phone call. I should’ve ate the uncooked chicken and then got sick all night and went to the hospital and then sued the place for neglect common sense!!!!! Watch your chicken from this place people!!!!! I know someone who used to be the manager there and apparently she said until she got their uncooked chicken was on the menu. Never again for me
