Smashburger - Westminster

Jose helped serve my family and I and went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. My wife is gluten-free, and he even offered to toast the bun (not common to find) The atmosphere was clean, and the employees were very professional/friendly. Glad I found our go-to burger place ?

We chose to eat here because our daughter heard they had dairy free shakes. She ordered the Oreo and we all thought it had an odd taste to it. The staff was very nice and let her trade it out. The dairy free peanut butter shake was delicious. Her hamburger with everything on it was yummy, and hubby's brisket sandwich was even better. Unfortunately, my Swiss mushroom burger was a big disappointment. The Swiss was skimpy and there was only a few mushrooms and hardly any special sauce. I should have asked for more of everything, considering the price. But, I didn't. I just went up to the counter and splurged with a $5.00 order of sweet potato fries to satisfy my hunger.

Very chill place. Friendly staff. And it was our first time to smash burger ever and we loved it. I got the Colorado burger and my lady the mushroom. Only thing we wished it had more of was a little salt. But could just be our taste buds other wise was

The most disappointing Smashburger experience I've ever had; The restaurant is a mess, the menus aren't working, and the service was abysmal.I ordered two burgers, one with a gluten free bun. After I had already paid for it, I was informed that they were out of gluten free buns, and offered me a lettuce wrap instead. Having already paid, I begrudgingly accepted the lettuce wrap, but asked for a refund on the GF bun upcharge. After 5 minutes on the phone while fumbling with the point of sale, the worker refunded me for the entire burger. I assumed the full refund was for my trouble, as many food service businesses would do. However, when my food was finally ready, they had not prepared the substitute burger at all, leaving me with no food and without the time to wait for anything new to be prepared.
