Open early.Convenient location.Many dishes, food to choose.Fast service.Very good VN iced coffee.Need some table cleaning ourselves every time we stop by.

Found this place through one of the popular Vietnamese cooking channel. Great price but the hoagies were sub par. We ordered a special and a xá xíu hoagies and the bread was on the sweeter side. The fillings were there but not distinct and flavorful (I expect pate to taste like pate and cold cut/xá xíu should taste like what they supposed to as a combination). I had high expectations since they’re a mom and pop spot and should be better than the common Lees sandwiches franchise but they were not. Don’t recommend.

Not a bad spot for Banh Mi. Nothing mind blowing but pretty good. This is the basic order at the counter and pick up at the counter when your order is ready. They have to go items ready for grab and go as well. The Banh Mi taste good but is a little skimpy on the meat. And they’re made fast so they can be a little messy. They have a bunch of specialty Vietnamese drinks available as well. The Vietnamese coffee is very good. There is ample inside and outside tables. Note, they have a very high credit card minimum of $30.

I've gone there at least five times and never like what I ordered. If you plan on going to this deli, drive up the street to Brookhurst and Westminster there are a bunch of better tasting food and delis.
