Feedback gevenThis restaurant is extremely dirty and lacks proper hygiene standards. The staff are unorganized and busy to the point where I had to wait 40 minutes just for two drinks. Additionally, the table service was never provided. When I inquired about my order, I saw it sitting on a table where they usually hand out food to customers; it seemed as though they couldn't be bothered to deliver it to me. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
Unfortunately, my family enjoys eating at McDonald's even though we always seem to be missing items in our orders. This results in us having to spend extra time in the long queues, asking for the missing items. After experiencing an exceptionally long wait time on our latest visit, we decided to trust them, but once again, we were shorted part of our meal. It seems like they always charge us for every item but never actually give us everything we paid for. The food was cold by the time we got home and clearly not fresh. I tried calling to report the issue, but only got to leave a message about being shorted yet again. It seems like a deliberate tactic by McDonald's to make more money. This kind of behavior is disgraceful and it's concerning if this is how they are training their staff. It's unacceptable for a business to consistently get something as simple as a customer's order wrong. Consumer Protection should investigate this. I suggest going to Hungry Jacks instead, as they don't make as many mistakes with orders. The food quality is similar, if not slightly better, but at least they get your order right. McDonald's, shame on you.
The food took a while to come out even though it's a fast food restaurant. The toasties were lukewarm with unmelted cheese, the breakfast muffin was chewy and cold. The portion size and quality were terrible. When we ordered coffee, it came out without saucers. When we asked for saucers, we were told they were all in the dishwasher. How can they serve such substandard food and service to paying customers?
So, the thought of getting the uber app is to save me a drive down to get my food, the uber guy was great Your 'manager ' can 't seem to grasp the fact is to get uber is to get the food delivered, when a mistake on MacDonald 's in Mirrabookas end l, not packing the order correctly by missing my son 's meal, and the guy telling me to come down and collect it, was a joke I got uber so I didn 't have to.. I don 't want extras for the trouble, if I wanted extras I would have ordered it, totally missing the principal behind it all. A manager is there and can authorise something like that to help a customer,to put it right by sending it back out so not to inconvenience the customer,who up until now visited your store atleast 3-4 times a week.
What can I say about Mcdonalds regarding their food. Fast Nasty. Pretty much sums them all up regardless of store. We had meals from this store and the burgers were soft sloppy and dripped from excessive sauces making eating it a nightmare. I only bought it out of convenience but wished I hadnt after that sloppy meal. Average at best.
