The ice cream was great. Just like I remember. Better than some of the others out there. Gosh the chocolate is so good. Though there were kids running around like monkeys. So that didn't help any.Food: 4/5

I ordered 2 XL hot coffee, one with a little ice and a pancake bacon wrap. My coffee was cold, I had ask to put more hot coffee in my drink. She forgot my pancake wrap. When I asked for syrup the older female said that there wasn 't any. I said, ok I would like a refund. She said, I can 't do that. Come back when there 's a manager. I told it would be nice to let people know that you don 't have syrup for your pancake wrap. She said, what can I say I didn 't take the order. Just come back tomorrow and talk to the manager for a refund. When I went to the car to take out the wrap... it was wrapped in a napkin and stuck on the pancake. This has to be the worst experience I 've had with them and I go there daily. I just won 't return to this location.Receipt #3808, 12/15/22 1:38 pm
