Burger King - Westmoreland

I ordered from an unfriendly staff member, the fries were extremely hot, but the burger was cold. While I was there, I witnessed the person at the register harassing a customer, so I didn't feel comfortable bringing my issues to their attention.

Quick and dependable service. However, ordering through the BK app is not an option at this particular location. Prices are also on the higher side compared to nearby establishments, likely due to the fact that this restaurant is situated on the NYS Thruway.

I have ordered from this restaurant twice recently and both times the fries were lukewarm to cold. Additionally, the last time I ordered, my sandwich was also cold. The prices are high, but they take advantage of the fact that they are located on the New York State Thruway.

Please close this location and do everyone a favor. It took 25 minutes to get my order They moved slower than sloths on holiday.

Horrible. The first time I was hear they got everyone's order wrong. I've been to many burger kings this one has the worst food out of all of them.
