McDonald's - Westmount

Yesterday at McDonald. Had a breakfast trio. Once done, I returned casually to the line to get a refill coffee, but NO was told that this particular McDonalds does not free coffee refills, as many other McDonalds do. After... very politely ask why?, I was told that (A) they needed to do with discourageable free (limited time) coffee refills, because people space in the line (to get their refill coffee) and the other paying customers caused are unnecessarily delayed???? And that (B) homeless by the garbage buckets were used cups to get a free coffee (refill)?? Then a manager named Artemis summoned me by telling me stupid ridiculous things; Customer Beware 100

I drank my McDonald's coffee while I charged my phone and an old man cleaner just kicked me out while I had my breakfast there.

You get what it says on the can at McDonalds for me, I like breakfast and was not disappointed here what was in the offer and the cost of such. The self-service options work very well and the quality and speed... the food was always pleasantly high. Clean everywhere, although it is very busy. And all this in a beautiful location in the heart of the old town of Montreal.

During peak hours, service at the counter is slow and chaotic. However, in the evenings after 7, it is not as busy. The restaurant is spacious and clean, with some available electrical outlets. If I were to choose a McDonald's to study or read in downtown Montreal, this would be my pick. The clientele consists mostly of respectful travelers and businessmen, and the atmosphere is decent. Unlike other McDonald's locations in major Canadian cities, you won't encounter rowdy teenagers, homeless individuals, or dirty toilets here.

One cashier and maybe a couple of people in the kitchen. Meanwhile the floor is crowded with people waiting for orders, there are 16 orders in progress and 0 being served. 12 minutes waiting for an iced coffee and looks like it'll be at least...another 10. Pathetic.
