Feedback gevenHad a mobile job and picked him up. You forgot a couple of blows and my diet coke. They contacted them through the app and instead of a quick refund they handed over the problem to this store, whose manager never reached me or refunded me. I came to them regularly, but nothing except the local franchise will handle it, so I just went back to the store and explained in person who was also behind the counter and took my $3 diet cook. (More than trying to ask for a refund at this point.) Errors happen, I don't owe employees, but the manager and the people higher the ladder, don't really care about customer service. I'm not back.
Right now. I have eaten in freshii at other places. the website lets them order what is great, but they do not learn that the location of this is closed to the end. I wanted to get out of here.
I have always loved Freshii and boosted about how good the food was there HOWEVER I had one problem. I ordered food over the app at around 7:20 pm and was driving to go pick up, i got a text from a random employee stating that the store had closed already and i would get a refund. Almost a month later of emailing and calling the store and still no refund. The worst customer service i have ever experienced. Why pay for something i never received, this place isn?t cheap either.
This site is my preferable place. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to that place. everytime I want to go to a fair meal, this place comes right away to my mind. excellent and all kinds of food and a large list of dishes.courteous crew, and nice ambience. Not less important, the pay is affordable. I sent my friends to this restaurant with great pleasure.
Got a large and small ?recovery? smoothie this morning I added strawberries to the smoothies... so the total came to 21 dollars and some change ... yes 21 ... the girl at the counter was super rude and I get that I had a request but come on. Anyways the smoothies she made were a little sour and she may have missed an ingredient since I had an additional request and she already had a bad attitude... people like that give business bad reputation. Please find nicer people to work. At least give me a fake smile.
