I absolutely adore BarTaco! My go-to vegan choice on the menu is the Cauliflower Taco or Rice Bowl, with the romesco sauce being my absolute favorite. They are also able to accommodate dairy-free or gluten-free dietary restrictions for most items on the menu.

The vegan taco options at this restaurant were fantastic. I tried the cauliflower, mushroom, and bean tacos and they were absolutely delicious.
