Decided to use their promotion for National Cheeseburger Day for a free cheeseburger if ordered through the app. Well the app wasn't working and they told us that they don't own the app and that they were not going to honor the promotion. Total Bait and switch, will not be returning. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
Nobody would even acknowledge someone at the register to place a order. Im pretty sure McDonald's doesn't limit orders to Kiosk only. Customer service was terrible! Just throw things on the counter expecting people to know who's food it is. Sorry but that's the worst experience I've had at any McDonald's anywhere.
