Waffle House - Westwego

The waffles were genuinely disappointing; they were hard and unappetizing, and the kitchen appeared quite dirty. My hash browns were terrible, the bacon was undercooked, and the eggs were not good either. Overall, everything was a complete letdown—I usually eat everything, but I couldn't finish this meal. Honestly, not even a homeless person would want to eat it. It was that bad.

This is the best fast food restaurant I’ve ever visited! The service was exceptional, and both the cook and the waiter showed incredible hospitality. My food was prepared quickly and arrived at my table just the way I like it—perfectly cooked. They made sure I had everything I needed for my meal and even more. I absolutely love this place and the wonderful people here!

You always joke about how Waffle House has something wild going on, and I can confirm that's true! There were three people in the kitchen, but two of them were back there for four years. It took a while to place my order, but when my food finally arrived, the lady who took my order was really sweet. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the kitchen staff. I wish I could share videos so you could hear all the commotion while I tried to enjoy my meal!

The general manager is a joke. He messes up people's order. He's rude to his employees and guest. He's beyond condescending. I think is name is Josh, I won't be back until he's no longer there.

It Waffle house right. But not Waffle Houses are created equally. They're supposed to be but the staff makes the difference. This one has been pretty good staff wise. Sometimes it's a miss when there's turnover. But generally it's been pretty ok.
