Technique - Westwood

Ross is an exceptional chef and a wonderful person. He combines his talent in the kitchen with a great ease of collaboration. We thoroughly enjoyed dining at his restaurant, Technique, when it was open in Westwood. Recently, he organized a fantastic 4-course birthday dinner for my parents' 70th at our home, complete with thoughtful wine pairings. Ross's carefully crafted menu, skillful food preparation, and warm presence made the evening truly unforgettable.
