Maggie's Pizzeria - Wetaskiwin

I went yesterday for the first time with my friend after maggies pizzeria. wallie, the owner, was so welcoming and very friendly. we have a small pizza and it was exceptionally delicious! I usually do not count on pizza, but that was so good! it was perfectly cooked, the crust was just the right amount of herb and the cheese and the beats melted together perfectly! we are from the kalgary, and sure will be a trip back only for the pizza. thank you wallie! and thank you for showing us a great pizza link.

Nice crust. Good price. POOR flavour. Ordered a Greek and a beef mushroom onion. POOR quality cheese. Will try others next time I'm in town

Absolutely disgusting pizza that I've ever had in my entire life. The moment I opened the pizza box there were fruitflies came out. I ordered a couple of Pizzas which I'm showing the picture of: one was a veggie and the other was tandoori. The sizes of the vegetables on the pizza are huge and very difficult to eat properly. The tandoori was just chicken with food coloring on it. This shows that they're cheating the public who doesn't know what tandoori is. They are not bringing out the true flavor of tandoori in the chicken, but just adding color and selling it. The staff needs to learn how to make pizza's properly or just shut the shop entirely.

My partner and I decided to take a break and have food delivered to our motel in Leatheruc. We found a brochure in our room for Maggie's Pizza. We called and ordered Maggie's Super Combo, which was listed at $38.99 on the brochure - a good deal. The food arrived on time, hot, and prepared exactly as we requested. The issue arose when we were charged almost $53.00. I called and spoke to the manager, who explained that the increase was due to a 25% rise in food prices and the need to replace old brochures. While I understood the reason for the increase, I felt that the manager should have mentioned it when we called from our motel so we could make an informed decision about the $14.00 difference. The manager acknowledged this oversight and quickly adjusted the price to reflect the new cost. We tipped the driver well, and I was happy with the way the situation was handled, prompting me to write a positive review. Despite the initial confusion, I would definitely order from Maggie's Pizza again as the food and service were exceptional.
