Mcdonald's - Wetaskiwin

They didn't give me my fries, then made me park to wait for fresh fries. I've been waiting 20 minutes now, and still no fries. Worst McDonald's in the province.

It's an occult place when the nice manager works. but if she's not here, it's a nightmare. the quality is not terrible, but the waiting time and slippery its discouragement.

The tables were dirty and the service was extremely slow. We waited 20 minutes for 20 nuggets. The manager also worked as a cashier and cook, and the food quality was awful.

No pride in seeing this business at all. very dated and not very well maintained. when I came here, the place was not busy at all, but took 15 minutes to get my meal after I had ordered. the guy who waited for when I showed up waited 15 min or so for 2 small coffee, and as I sit here, eating my food others will always be very slow service. the personal is not friendly at all. I didn't see anyone smiling at all. not even a little. not very busy, but tables are dirty. I had to wipe my table to eat, ketchup donator is completely empty, müll over very small toilet station. they have a television on the wall, but they don't turn it on. serious chicken burger was best in order, pommes were not very good cus they use old oil that should be changed before a dae. feels like a mcdonald will die. I'm not coming back here.

The service was ok, but we were very disappointed when not only my ice cream was made wrong (I know I worked at a mcdonald) and the most discouraging thing was that I couldn't get my oma the ice she wanted at 25 degrees weather because they just ran out. please pay attention and perhaps take care of some more about their customer experience.
