The most pissy, rude staff that I've ever dealt with at any Tim's. Seemed angry that I walked in at 9:15 pm and ordered food. I would have left without ordering but Tim's seemed to be my only option at the time. Here's a big, heartfelt F-you to the night shift here.

I paid 2 for extra cream cheese and it didn't have a lot of cream cheese went to hopefully get it corrected and they didn't have any plain bagels left and they took my bagel and gave me my money back, I still wanted to eat my bagel I didn't want a refund :

What you would think is a simple breakfast sandwhich, all I asked is that replace the egg with sausage. I simply cannot stomach eggs sometimes, I can't help it. The staff member who took our order in the drive Thru all though maybe she was too young and didn't care. Not only was there a huge egg on my sandwhich but like everyone the cheese is half on. There was a piece and a half of bacon. Everything I go to this location I'm always dissatisfied. The last time. Everytime I ask you guys to accommodate you say yes and see you at the window and then everything is messed up. Do you guys really think I'd want a bagel with just soggy cheese and lettuce like come onDietary restrictions: These guys need to be more understanding and more prepared to change things up. All I asked for was one ingredient switched with another and they couldn't even do that. I was so hungry and excited to try this sandwich.

It was nice but the staff were very rushed, and had no time to clean.
