San Churro Wetherill Park

I ordered he churros that were disgusting staff gave massive attitude. Had to wait over an hour to get a cup of coffee which was cold and watered down. I will make sure that i will not be returning to san churro

The staff at this restaurant were incredibly rude and disrespectful. Two friends and I placed separate orders, but 25 minutes later my food had still not arrived. When I asked a staff member (referred to as lady1) about the status of my order, she questioned whether I had placed an order at all. After finally finding the order, she was rude and unapologetic about the mistakes made. She refused to correct the issue and only offered excuses. Eventually, I asked for a refund and was met with more unprofessional behavior from the staff. The lack of respect and poor customer service displayed by the employees was unacceptable. It seems that proper training in customer service is greatly needed at this establishment. This experience has definitely deterred me from ever returning to this restaurant.

We have often had a quiet coffee and have usually enjoyed them however on this instance we were very very very disappointed. We ordered kids milkshakes that cleary state topped with whip cream on the menu, and the lady at the counter asked if we wanted whiped cream, not extra whipped cream and proceeded to charge us. Which when questioned she refunded. Be aware of your order. We also requested a crunchy cookie sauce which was not what came to the table and the girl who served us very rudley said thats the cookie crunch and when I asked her where is the crunch she said that's it. Then the kids milkshakes turn up. The whole cup maybe holds 200mls which is why we order them, and the cup was 2/3 whipped cream. The churros smell like month old stale oil and didnt taste much better. Never again san churro. Your staff are rude and sneaky and the quailty of the items we purchased where horrible. $40 we paid for whipped cream and stale churros. So sad.

This restaurant is located in a great location, right below a cinema and surrounded by other dining options, making it perfect for a dessert outing after dinner. Our go-to order is the churros for two, which includes 6 churros, sliced bananas, strawberries, and delicious hazelnut and milk chocolate dips. This portion size is perfect for two adults and a child. The churros are absolutely delicious and highly recommended!

I had a great experience at this clean and lovely establishment. The staff were friendly and served us with a smile, and the coffees were delicious. The ambiance of San Churro is always a treat to enjoy. Thank you so much!
