I got a venti pink drink yesterday evening and after two hours i started having stomach pain and i didnt sleep all night because of vomiting and diarrhea . Food
Ordered a Carmel crunch through the app. Pretty much was handed a Carmel slushy. Asked to get it remade. Got an attitude and it was even worse.
Disgusting service. I went in to get a bag of coffee grounds and all the boxes were stacked and not put out. After looking at the boxes for a few minutes and then having to go through them myself to get what I needed, I was told “if you just asked, I would’ve helped” from an employee in a rude tone. Then when I said, “you were on your phone with your coworker”, it was met with “if you’re going to be aggressive, we’re going to have to ask you to leave”. Do not call me aggressive when I’m upset that I have to do your job. You are actively being paid to provide a service but are too busy to do your job.
This place has fallen apart. 2 Saturdays in a row of terrible service and a nasty attitude from the employees. I used to love this store. They can't handle the volume anymore. They owe me $20 for the mobile order I placed and they wouldn't open the door to let me pick up. I wasn't about to wait in their 45 car line. I pre-ordered for a reason.
