Starbucks - Wethersfield

I got a venti pink drink yesterday evening and after two hours i started having stomach pain and i didnt sleep all night because of vomiting and diarrhea . Food

I usually have no complaints and i’ve been going to this starbucks for years, but today i mobile ordered a custom drink which i get can be annoying but the barista who made it loudly announced “who ever ordered this drink should not exist” to all the customers in the store. if you’re going to be miserable doing your job then maybe being a barista isn’t for you.

Slowest starbucks i’ve ever been to, been sitting in the drive thru for a mobile order for 15 minutes with three cars in front of me.

Ordered a Carmel crunch through the app. Pretty much was handed a Carmel slushy. Asked to get it remade. Got an attitude and it was even worse.

Disgusting service. I went in to get a bag of coffee grounds and all the boxes were stacked and not put out. After looking at the boxes for a few minutes and then having to go through them myself to get what I needed, I was told “if you just asked, I would’ve helped” from an employee in a rude tone. Then when I said, “you were on your phone with your coworker”, it was met with “if you’re going to be aggressive, we’re going to have to ask you to leave”. Do not call me aggressive when I’m upset that I have to do your job. You are actively being paid to provide a service but are too busy to do your job.
