Feedback gevenWe only stopped for the night at the passage. Parking was easy and convenient to the reception. The staff was nice and friendly. We checked into our room and we had a nice view of the river. The casino was clean and the gaming visitors were super friendly. I would definitely go back.
Our stay began with a warm welcome from the friendly staff, including a lovely lady who had assisted us during our visit three years ago. The casino was packed with entertaining machines, and everything was clean and tidy, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The staff were so pleasant that we truly felt at home. We savored a delicious lunch at the grill, as the food is consistently excellent! Our room was fantastic, just like always, and we appreciated the comfortable bed after a long day and night of fun. Thank you for making our family trip so memorable!
If you have not booked a room since the pandemic, you will be very impressed by the upgrades. I've never had any complaints, but gone with the old one and the new one. High-end design especially the luxurious bathroom.. You'll love the changes. I wish I had taken pictures.
It was an incentive of the moment 2 hours drive and 2 days stay for my daughter and me. The room and the bed were good, just like the housekeeping. The casino was very nice seemed very clean and sanitized for Covid. Valet parking on arrival was nice. I was disappointed that the buffet was no longer there. It really left a vacuum to eat in places. I was not impressed by one of the 2 Grill restaurants that do not justify the quality and selection of food for the din in grill. The other one was okay. I had 2 problems related to the staff: my machine closed with a call companion message. I had to leave the machine (which had over $200 in it) to look for someone. The participant I finally found had to be one of the most rude people I met EVER. The other problem was the parkguard when leaving, who took my tip, gave me the car key and went away so I could fight with loading the luggage in the trunk. I'm 75 years old and could have helped.
This casino is quite clean and pleasant. It's one of the few casinos I know of that still accepts cash, so be sure to bring your money! The staff at the souvenir shop were outstanding; I had a wonderful experience and received great assistance from the ladies there. Unfortunately, the buffet is closed, and the steakhouse requires reservations and only operates during certain hours, meaning it isn't open 24/7, which is disappointing. I also noticed that there were no keychains available in the souvenir shop, which was a letdown. Additionally, this casino only has slot machines—no table games or cards, just push-button slots. On a positive note, the food at the grill was nice, even though we had to wait 45 minutes. Overall, it was a good experience, but not overwhelmingly fantastic. Keep up the good work, everyone!
