Pettitt's Supervalu Gorey

Fantastic supermarket on gorey main St with loads of parking at the rear ,a supermarket as it should be ,felt like little local shops under one roof ,the girl at the deli was able to recommend cuts of meat from the meat department and plenty of staff on the ground mixing with the customers, grabbed my few items and was served by debbie at the checkout ,lovely friendly chat while we had our transaction ,she was able to recommend a few places to check out along the main St, a credit to the store

Even though Pettitts is part of the Supervalu group they are streets ahead of all other major chains in quality and presentation.

Do 80% of our shopping here. Parking is handy for running a few errands or grabbing a bite in town too. Free parking on Sundays (like everywhere else in Gorey I think). Staff very good, seem happy. Probably more expensive than Dunnes, Tesco but the scan as you go option, the odd voucher and the fact they’re closest keeps them #1 for me!

A very nice place to shop in the mid of main street with nice variety of products and wide range of breads and.... nice helpful staff :
