Feedback gevenBack in 2021, our experiences here were consistently frustrating. Coffee orders were a mess, sandwiches were often incorrect, and the service was terrible. We stopped dining in because it usually took ages for any of the six employees behind the counter to acknowledge us. When someone finally did, they were often unhelpful and took far too long with our order, which usually turned out wrong. Even the drive-thru experience felt sketchy; if the first voice you hear isn’t friendly, it makes you question how your order will turn out. The last time we visited, the speaker didn’t even work, and we ended up having to drive up to the window to order. Today, the man working in the drive-thru was rude, and our sandwiches were mismatched, with two tops in one pocket and two bottoms in another. I used to work here and have managed similar establishments, so I understand how these places should operate. It’s baffling that we were the only customers at that moment and they still managed to mess up two sandwiches. We’ve stopped ordering coffee here and it seems like we can’t even get bagels or sandwiches anymore. Thankfully, there are plenty of other Dunkin' locations nearby, but I’d rather drive a little farther to find better service. This one is simply not worth it.
2022- we tried this again 9 months later because all the other 4 dunkins in the opposite had long drive thru lines, there was no car or line on this trip thru, good because they are still bad in customer service and nobody wants to go here. the refresher. they accumulate us a bagel when we ordered two, noticed when they gave us the bag, so we said something. When we came home, they gave us no cream cheese when we ordered two flat ones. 2021- whenever we are here, it's always a mess on the coffee order, sandwiches are not done right, and the service is terrible. we are no longer going in because you will always wait for one of the 6 employees who work behind the counter to come by, and if someone finally reacts to that you are, they are not nice, then takes your order forever and it ends to be wrong, and if the first vote they hear in the drive thru is not pleasant, they will wonder how good their order will come out. good 100% of the time they are paid will be looking at the end or tasting as the employee works. Today the car-dru man was rude, and our sandwiches from a younger guy came with two tops in a pocket and two bottom sides in the other pocket. I worked at this place and a few more than manager before and I know how the shops work. also we were the only customers (travel thru in-store) to be at this place at the moment. how do you screw up two sandwiches? we don't order a coffee here anymore and looks like we can't order sandwiches or bagels anymore. good thing that dunkins is every mile on the road in every direction, but I would rather mile in another city to buy food cuz 3a dunks are simply cut off. that was closest to us.
This has got to be the worst dunkin donuts I've ever been to, every time I go there my coffee is wrong and taste awful, I mean how can you screw up a large ice coffee with extra cream and extra sugar. Their coffee is always burnt tasting and is never extra cream or extra sugar. Guess I'm going to have to start going out of my way to a different dunks before work, since this place can never get it right. Their employees always look so miserable. This used to be my favorite dunks. I loved the employees, the coffee was always great. I don't know what has happened these past few months, but a huge turnover and everyone is always miserable, and the coffee is always nasty, I wouldn't even give any stars if it would allow that.
Not good I was there inside the store for probably 5 to 10 min. No one approached me or even say the normal good morning. I made a sound so they could notice me but it was irrelevant, the CSRs did not care. 20 minutes for a plain bagel ????
The young women who work the morning shift are quite rude and unfriendly. I still go to this Dunkin’ Donuts because it’s never busy, which might be part of the problem! Some customers in the morning aren't very pleasant, but one of the girls could at least welcome them and ask what they would like. The owner should really take notice of this.
