Costa Coffee - Weymouth and Portland

Enjoy them in the rule costa for coffee and a snack, but this place is terrible. outside the tables were not cleaned and one had ash tablet full of mashing. it was necessary to use toilet before ordering, toilet was dirty. that made us think about going and going there.

Monday morning 11:25. the tables, not where to sit, were piled when I ask you to have wiped table. the whole staff must be retrained in customer relationships.

For the first time ordered by uber isst with a marketed promotional offer at the costa app. black £20ish worth my full order. absolutely shocking - half the order delivered! the poor (but very helpful) over man had to drive back to the load so that I could gather the rest of my things. is it really so hard to read a quitting and put all the right items in the bag on a quiet Tuesday morning? the entrance is even stacked on the bag! the customer service and the love to detail is missing in this load really. the speed of delivery was good, but I would rather wait a little longer to get my full and correct order.

The usual beautiful coffee of costa’s, but worth mentioning the Covid procedures here are excellent. sanitiser on entrance, tables spaced, good queuing system and well protected personal.

Normally a fan of costa however these people really need to learn that your supposed to clear up from time to time nearly empty shop but every table has dirty cups and trays on it, cleaning station area was just a pile of...dirty cups. No wonder there is no one in there, looks like the staff leave everything until the end of the day. Floor was covered in rubbish and whole place smelt musty. Certainly won’t stop here again.
