I booked table and drive to the place but the girl behind the counter said that there are not tables available! It was so bad, just unacceptable! Worce experience ever!

I arrived 2 hours early for my table, hoping there would be one free. There was. Interestingly the restaurant would have been closed at the time of my booking and I didn’t know. When I queried this the lady that greeted me said that she had emailed everyone who had booked a table that day. I said that I hadn’t received an email and she shrugged. The salad bar was in a right mess all the salads were mixed up and there was food all over the counter. The restaurant was not tidy or clean. The waitress clearing the tables was wiping the food onto the floor! The food was ok and there was a guy there possibly the manager who knew what he was doing. It appeared that none of the other staff did. When our food was delivered to us it was from an over anxious young man holding cloths on his hands and he warning us that the plates were ‘very hot’. They were barely tepid.. It’s a shame because the location is amazing and it’s a nice building, but I won’t be going back.

I said I hadn't received an e-mail and she was shaggy. the salatable was in a real slime all salads were mixed and there were eating all over the counter. the restaurant was not tidy or clean. the waitress who cleansed the tables, wizard the food on the floor! that eating was ok and there was a guy there possibly the manager who knew what he was doing. when our food was delivered to us, it was from an overwhelmed young man who kept towels on his hands and he warned us that the tellers were “very hot”. they were hardly deceived. it is a scandal because the location is amazing and it is a beautiful building, but I will not go back.
