Chipotle Mexican Grill - Wheat Ridge

I was truly impressed by the exceptional customer service I experienced yesterday! It was my first visit to your restaurant in over a decade, and the BOGO offer you provided for November 3rd was the perfect incentive to bring me in. I placed my order online to make the most of my 30-minute break, but somehow it got overlooked. However, as soon as I mentioned it, the staff quickly sprang into action and prepared my meal fresh in no time! I was in and out in just 5 minutes, and to my surprise, I was told there would be no charge due to the wait. Plus, I received two BOGO vouchers for my next visit! I can’t wait to come back, and it certainly won’t take me years or even weeks to return. The service I received and the delicious food exceeded my expectations!

This is the best Chipotle I've ever visited! The staff is wonderful – they’re all so friendly and cheerful. The manager, Mary, really enhances the experience at this location.

The staff works incredibly hard at that restaurant. I really miss the team and all the managers.

Leo and his crew gave me excellent customer service and I'm sorry if I don't remember the name of the girl who made my burrito but it was EXCEPTIONAL. Keep up the great work, it's not going unnoticed.

Enjoyed the food! But the cashier was so sweet. My son had been crying because he lost his soccer game, so as we sat to eat, he brought over a bag of chips to cheer him up.
