Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Came in to pick up an order, they gave us 2 giant drinks in a flimsy “drink holder” that collapsed the second I got in my car. After covering me in sticky tea I went back in to tell them what happened and get another drink. They said “was the drink holder double stacked ? It should’ve been” it wasn’t, because the checkout girl only used one, and that’s why it collapsed. They then charged me for another drink. Now I will be driving 7 hours home sitting in a wet sticky seat. Awful customer service , do not go here

Stayed overnight in our RV. Food was delicious. Dinner and breakfast!

Authentic selection of dishes, free biscuits or optionally corn muffins with butter. The food tasted good, but unfortunately it wasn't quite hot. Did not receive any refills till the 3rd time I asked. Received main food order and finished before receiving the Barrel Bites ordered. Service sucked.

While the people were friendly the ability to get my order right was poor. Plus they were slow and by the time I got all of my food that I ordered, I had to use my mircrowave at home to heat it up.Parking: plenty of options
