Arena Bbq - Wheatland

I had tri tip at the friends of nra banquet, it was extremely tough, there sides where on point. It is an arena and they ahve a dirt floor, it was compacted and not to dusty. The service was top-notchFood: 3/5

Great people,very helpful. if weather would have been better i believe the turn out for the event would have exceeded expectations. Extremely clean giving what it is. i couldn't believe how they made the floor for us. impressive to say the least. well managed and layed out to easily understand for any new people who have never been out there, like myself. Thanks so much to you all out there.

This BBQ is amazing! Meat was pure perfection no matter if choosing the brisket, ribs, or pork. The cowboy beans were savory and had great texture without being too sweet. The coleslaw has a hint of spice that accompanies the savory flavor and you can appreciate the real flavor of the cabbage as the balance of flavors offer a hint of German seasonings at the finish. It will be a long winter waiting for the kitchen to reopen!
