Jimmy John's - Wheaton

Never seem to answer there phone. Must be closed. VM box is full. Only reason for neg review is fact that Google says there open and phone rings instead of going straight to vm. Very misleading.

Poor first impression with this location. I walk in and I’m the only customer, one of the employees is laying against the counter on the customer side gabbing about their personal life, the rest of the employees are standing around, no one acknowledges me. Even the cashier who was facing me and made eye contact. They waited for the other employee to finish their story. It was rude, awkward and unprofessional. I recommend giving your business somewhere its appreciated but it’s not here.

Frenchie bread was as hard as a rock. Probably day old bread. Shockingly no one offered to rectify the problem when I returned to the store. We absolutely love Jimmy John's but save yourself the trouble and go to the location on County Farm. Different ownership, friendly service, fresh bread over on County Farm Rd.

I perfer too see the food prep workers keeping their person a distance from food, wearing proper culinary appreal mask, gloves, appren, and dress up to par for presentation. Other than that, nice csr at this location.

I'm a jimmy john's father to others. I tried that because it was close to work. the hired were rude and not helpful 2 literally cut me at the drink station when she asked what sandwiches the girl had to see if it was my order, she was shroff and went away. the order was extremely slow for a jimmy john’s and the sandwich was badly built and lacked a series of ingredients. there are other jimmy johns in this area that are in order. avoid this.
