Noodles Company - Wheaton

First time for this location. I went just before noon and at about 12:15 there was a line for ordering with just one cashier I ordered the Veracruz chili lime chicken salad it was good. I love guacamole but I just don't feel that needed to be in there took awhile to get my salad. I do wish they had more selections for low calorie healthy options. Some would be your whole days worth in just one meal but I guess with fast food restaurants that's just how it is. So nice they have a outdoor patio that you can eat if not wanting to be outside. It faces the parking lot and no plantings or anything to make it feel like you want to be out there very blah

Steve the manager, It's his 4th day here and he is KILLING IT!!! Made My experience for this place even better. Food is great and I will suggest this to fam and friends

Open: WHENEVER? I've never seen this place open on time or close on time. Open late. Close early. They don't care at all. Some of us work for a living. Use your hard earned money elsewhere

I really really really wanted this place to be good, but it was just A-OK. The menu looked fabulous with all sort of noodle dishes that made my mouth water. DINNER: I decided to go with the Japanese Pan Noodles with chicken and it was disappointing. Although the ingredients were fresh, it had a frozen entree quality to the dish. Everything was cooked separately and then assembled together making it quite bland. It just didn't work for me. This regular size meal cost $7.25. I would have been as satisfied with a $3 frozen meal. DESSERT: The chocolate chunk cookie was DELICIOUS! It's big and soft and really tasty for $1.50. This cookie, I might come back for. SERVICE: I ordered take out, and they were friendly and quick.

Service is not dependable. Hours are never correct, online ordering never works, and phone is rarely answered.
