Nothing Bundt Cakes - Wheaton

Five stars for the red velvet cake and wonderful customer service. Docked a star because the other flavors are good, not great.

We bought five individual bundt cakes (chocolate, strawberry, raspberry, carrot, and blueberry). The chocolate cake was particularly bitter, with an overpowering chocolate flavor that had an odd salty note. The carrot cake was extremely dry, and the other three flavors didn't stand out to me at all. Overall, I won't be returning for more.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the cakes are delicious. I highly recommend this place!

They've been here along time. The cake is always fresh, so you don't have to worry about staleness like so many other bakeries! They are pleasant in the shop. I love the bogo coupons! I drop it to a 4 star because I'm not a fan of cream cheese frosting.That's one reason they are never really my first pick for dessert, but a bogo will entice me! Another option would be nice.Buttercream? Whip cream? Glaze? Sugar/crystals? Also, one cake was funky, or stale, the gluten free chocolate chip bundlet. Itwas gummy and flavorless. This, I believe was more than day old aside from texture which is expected with GF. But otherwise thebundlets are flavorful.
