But they did not even make it obvious that you could request alternatives to chicken, or label all options as vegan. All just one food option seemed to need changes to become vegan, and no options were advertised. Nevertheless, my modified pack tasted great.

This branch goes above and beyond for the customers. I never got smoothies before finding this location. All of the employees are friendly and accommodating and the manager knocks it put of the park. Every experience I've had here has be amazing. Can't speak higher of this crew and establishment. Jamba juice can pound sand! Would recommend 10/10 to friends, family, and coworkers! Fast and tasty with a side of smiles!

The service was so slow 2 people asked for refunds. We waited 25 min for our wrap, when we asked we were told the ticket got lost. We asked for a refund and were told the manager was on break. Orders were staked up and the two employees were way behind...thats when the manager took her break. Poor leadership. We won't be back.

This was a terrible experience, I love the smoothies but not the employee that took my friends and my order. at first we were standing at the front waiting as an employee with short pink hair stares at us, until we say something. we got our smoothies and the employee threw a straw towards my friend and as we were leaving they turned around and started to tell other costumers what they thought we did wrong. they had the worst attitude and I will certainly not be coming back zero stars if I could
