Feedback gevenTerrible. Just horrible drive through service . Waited 20 min at speaker. Drove forward in work van and nothing. Drive yo to window and girl working is now putting down her phone to take care of the customer at the speaker behind me. Then she blames mefor not doing enough to get her attention . She only paid attention once there was cars building up. Whats the purpose of adrive through if it holds you up . For that I could've went inside. Then get a attitude cause I disturbed her phone activities .Just horrible
How hard can it be to put flavor and sugar on a coffee. So I went in thru drive thru order a xlarge pumpkin flavor coffee Boston style with extra sugar and a Expresso shot instead I get a XL cold coffee no flavor no sugar and no Expresso thanks at least ugot the Boston right I try calling the store manager won't pick up and the best part yet the receipt doesn't even have a phonenumber so you gotta play detective and find it your self. Update decided to give it another try and they messed up my orderagain bagel w cream cheese n this is what I get bagel with barely cream cheese on it and an xl coffee w no pumpkin flavor nosugar they got the cream right
One of my coffees was made incorrectly, i came back to the store and Temo resolved my issues. He had great customer service!
Dunkin is Dunkin. Pretty consistent and above average but nothing amazing.
Ordered a bagel ???? with extra cream cheese and got charged for it.... however, they did not give me the extra cream cheese ????.
