Papa Johns Pizza - Wheeling

I have a pizza delivered first off it was missing the soda and what was the real kicker is the delivery driver wrote in a tip for his self on my order that was not authorized when I called about it they refunded me $8.00

At 9:45pm on a Saturday I did walk-in carry out order. The store itself was cluttered and very dirty. Floors counters etc. the staff could not ask basic questions on carry out special. most papa johns do. I believe.)So they did not get off to a good start.staff was polite and my order came out really fast. This maybe the worst store I have ever been in. Cleanliness wise )If people only knew the cleanliness from where their delivery is coming from. But again it could be because it was late and it has been raining all day.So I could be judging this location too hard.

The attitudes are horrible. Sorry not one of the sheep that tips at every place that asks. I don't tip McDonald's employees, so why do the employees at Pape john think that they are owed a tip? It's this mind set that you are owed a tip because you did your job.

Just terrible pizza not even close to any Papa John’s I’ve had before (none nearby, maybe pizza is busy bad here)… it wasn’t old stuff, it was just worse ingredients and worse pizza. Also I said light cheese and it still soaked the box with grease and cheese outweighed the dough. But that’s happened at other papas before. Ugh, I ordered because my fam likes DiCarlos and I wanted an actual pie. Nope. So disappointed. 2nd star is for quick on Friday. Pizza was 1 star, even on a sliding Papa John’s scale.

Have not had Papa Johns in about 4 years decided to give it a try again and it was a mistake. Terrible pizza that upset my stomach for about 24 hours.
