Rachels On 16th - Wheeling

The #1 diner and brekfast spot in Wheeling! They have the best roast beef, french dip, and patty melt sandwiches in the valley. Rachel, Jeramie, and the staff are the best and always make you feel like family.

This place is just adorable, tiny and out of the way but it inside feels warm and welcoming. The food is limited but both fast and delicious with reasonable prices. I can't wait to go back. Highly recommended.

First time there, been wanting to go for a while. Always hear great things about it.Everything was wonderful and will certainly go more often.

Stopped in for lunch during a road trip and was really impressed with the food and friendliness. Will definitely make a point to come back whenever we’re in Wheeling again.

The servers were very rude! We ordered our food ahead of time and had to wait 45 minutes to receive it, we had to wait inside and the servers were quite rude and talkative about it.
