Rachels On 16th - Wheeling

Stopped in for lunch during a road trip and was really impressed with the food and friendliness. Will definitely make a point to come back whenever we’re in Wheeling again.

This place is just adorable, tiny and out of the way but it inside feels warm and welcoming. The food is limited but both fast and delicious with reasonable prices. I can't wait to go back. Highly recommended.

First time there, been wanting to go for a while. Always hear great things about it. Everything was wonderful and will certainly go more often.

On two occasions I came and their hrs day they are open till 230. It's 155pm and their doors are closed. I could see closing fifteen minutes early but almost an hr??? If ur going to close early then change your hrs
