Feedback gevenAs expected, the Four Seasons Whistler is a beautiful resort. The location is wonderful and grounds are pristine. Excellent service is generally the norm when staying at a five star resort and the service here did not disappoint. In particular, the front valet staff was impressive! These guys were very, very warm and hospitable. They were on point and efficient. I was especially pleased with how helpful they were to us with suggestions on where to go, what to do etc. The town car was quick and convenient. It seems odd but honestly, each of these guys were so wonderful that they really added to our trip. Special shout out to John for going out of his way for us. Thanks again!
I can't believe I haven't written a review for this incredible place before. I adore it. Without a doubt, it is one of the most tranquil hotels in the entire area. The level of service provided here consistently goes above and beyond. The rooms are incredibly spacious, allowing for a truly comfortable stay. What's more, the hotel offers complimentary private shuttle and car services for their guests, which is a fantastic added perk. As a VIP guest, like myself, I am delighted to receive complimentary room upgrades, breakfast, and late check-out. The attention to detail and the extra touches provided by the Four Seasons brand truly make it my preferred choice whenever I travel. Moreover, the hotel features convenient amenities such as an ATM, shops, a restaurant, and even a pathway leading to the village, ensuring that everything you need is right at your fingertips. If you're seeking a luxurious experience, I highly recommend staying at this remarkable establishment. It's so remarkable that I didn't even think to take pictures because I was too busy enjoying and assuming I had already written a glowing review for this place!
This is a stunning resort, the lobby and decor inside the hotel and the outside patio in particular are amazing. We booked an executive suite which was really nice and large. The food was great, we had breakfast every day and dinner one night. The free slushies and wine and beer tastings each day are also a nice touch. Location and view is spectacular. A couple of things that mean I haven't given 5* one of the toilets in our room broke and we weren't offered anything by way of compensation for this it was fixed but this was an inconvenience and not something you expect at the four seasons. Secondly we valet parked our own car here and the team generally seem reluctant to go and get you car for you once you've left it which is annoying as it's $50 a day to park. One evening we asked if they could get our car they instead offered us a lift via the house car to dinner this was a nice complimentary service. However when we called to be picked up after dinner the house car was busy so we had to pay for a cab back from dinner to the hotel which was just mildly annoying as we had our own car we could have just taken instead (and were planning to take instead! Also lots of wasps on the property which is annoying
Was expecting more for Four Seasons brand but it was just average. Room condition was not bad but the bed was not as comfortable as other Four Seasons I stayed. The pool was a bit dirty. Didn’t want to go in after finding a few strands of hair. The pool staffs, and restaurant staffs were very nice but the staffs at the front desk need more training. It was nice that they had a beer and wine tasting event for guests. The valet parking staffs were also very nice and I really enjoyed the morning breakfast buffet. Overall, it is a nice hotel but just needs some work on the pool and front desk staff training.
My wife and I spent a blissful week in Whistler and remained in awe for every second of it. The hotel was warm, welcoming and…it was just perfect. The staff were flawless. Polite, friendly, professional and helpful to a fault. The room was immaculate and having our own fireplace and view of the mountains from our balcony was beyond amazing. We cannot wait to go back. The four seasons has truly (and happily) ruined every other hotel for us.
