If you are lucky, or if can plan, you’ll experience a unique restaurant, in a unique hotel, with a unique picturesque scenery! The odds are: if 1) you go to Whistler, 2) you go to Fairmont hotel, 3) you are there on Friday or Saturday 5 to 9 PM, you can enjoy it! Woodlands Rooftop is mostly used as a wedding events. On Fridays Saturdays you can also enjoy its restaurant. About the cuisine: You will be continuously served for the whole meal. You pay $49 each person and here is the deal: 1- There comes three types of salas plus a delicious bread butter. 2- There comes the main grilled dish including Beef, Chicken, Ribs (The options change time to time). 3- Here comes two desserts including chocolate cake Tiramisu both delicious with some options of tea and coffee. Any drinks? At this place you can’t help drinking. The cool summer breeze invites you for a nice drink like Sangria or Rosé (Foche, a BC brand). Definitely, try to be here in the summer or winter Friday or Saturday after 5PM. Try to reserve beforehand. The servers are super friendly. The garden around the saloon is really nice.
