The Grill Room - Whistler

From start to finish, this was a lovely experienceWe enjoyed delicious steaks and a table in front of the fireplace in honor of our honeymoon.

This restaurant is in the fairmont hotel It is fancier but not all people are dressed up.

Very nice meal here, do prepare to fork out some make $$$$.

The Chateau is an amazing hotel, yet sometimes hotel restaurants don't live up. This does. The Grill Room is sectioned off providing a compact exclusive area. The servers are very attentive and the food simply Devine. Higher price point but unlike other wannabes in Whistler ( Hunter Gather springs to mind) it delivers and you feel you have had value for money. Our amazing host for the evening, Robert, was all you want. The ability to then relax in the Mallard Lounge and spend more money!!! Was enjoyable...ouch!! Special evening, event, it's worth the money and better, WAY better than other slightly cheaper establishments....
