The touch screen order system was a real faff and didn't accept the discount code we had. The food was fine although there was massive variation on the spice level across different items ordered. Around a £50 order, food took over an hour and a half to arrive. Upon arrival food was stone cold and our 2L drink was missing, therefor we have wasted money and we tried to ring to ask for it back and they refused to pick the phone up. Nice refurbished KFC, with screen ordering system and collection, good well cooked food, Only thing letting it down was the toilets were really dirty, but then it could have happened between staff checks. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
