Pizza - Whitburn Bents Rd, Whitburn

Avoid by all means necessary. Food was over 1hr 45 minutes late when called they stated they would offer a pizza for free so we did that, after an hour called again was told 2 minutes..45 minutes later. When the order finally came food was freezing and the food tasted awful, the burger looked disgusting and soggy, my partner said the kebab tasted horrendous. The site does let you choose which pop you get so good luck getting what you want. When we called back to say about the food was told a manager would call me but just got the poor sod in the shop again who said they could resend the food but would take a while again to get it delivered. Obviously refused as you couldn’t pay me to go back here.

Disgusted, waited 50 minutes to be delivered cold food. I am Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20

Absolutely rubbish mate, ordered a normal cheese burger, took them 30 minutes to make, once received it wasn’t even cooked properly, the bun is coming off and its all broken, had to take it out the box cause it honestly looked horrible, tastes horrible too. and the service was bad, the guy was very rude, he was pointing at other customers in the shop too. 0/10 never eating there again, wouldn’t recommend either. Absolute rubbish, both pizza undercooked, (raw dough) paid £18 for something that ended up in the bin, the only up side was that the chips were edible, give them a miss, this place has gone right downhill, employing staff who only do what the owner wants them to do, avoid at all costs Service: Delivery Meal type: Other
