Just been to Argos in your store at Silksworth, Sunderland then bought other items in store, paid for all items and got receipts, on leaving was stopped by security and told that a member of staff said I’d entered store with empty bag and left with full bag but hadn’t paid, I showed the security guard my items and my 2x receipts for Argos and Sainsbury’s then he apologised. Your staff need to concentrate on doing their jobs rather than presuming we’re all shoplifters, won’t be doing my shopping here ever again as I was highly embarrassed, I’m now switching my weekly shop to another store and have passed this on to my friends

Been trying for 4 weeks to buy a box of Sainsbury’s milk dark and white chocolate biscuits still none in stock.

I visited today and was struggling with my 7 month baby in my arms to clean the trolley to put her in. The amazing staff member at the door came and cleaned the full trolley for me. Thank you so much x

After picking up my pick collect , finding lemons and bell pepper rotten , I get home to find almost all of my perishables has only one day left, I’m not happy Sainsbury’s ,very disgruntled customer
