Burger King - Whitby

We dined at this restaurant on August 14, 2023, and unfortunately, we were unable to find a single clean table to sit at. Throughout our time there, no one came out to clean up the mess or tidy the tables, which is unacceptable. Despite not being understaffed, the tables remained dirty with leftover food trays and food on them. This lack of cleanliness and attention to detail was highly disappointing. I would rate this location 0 stars if I could, as the dining area was not kept clean for customers to enjoy. I would recommend finding another location to dine at.

The worst burger king I ever visited, not a good customer service.They just ignore you as you were not even their. I really recommend to not go over there.

Was lucky enough to be served by Jai tonight on my way home. Absolutely wonderful person to talk with as my food was being prepared and got fresh fries as I was waiting for the rest of my order! I look forward to seeing him again!!

Very rude behaviour and customer service from a stacy. I asked for a big meal deal and i said to have a mango lemonade and ended up paying for an extra lemonade. Then i said politely that i dont need an extra drink so please refund it and she is like it will take 10 mnts to pay back orelse take the drink and go. Please give her good traning how to communicate with customerNever come back to this location again
