Chatterpaul's - Whitby

This is probably my favourite place to go for a cute, upscale (by Whitby standards) lunch__I've never had anything here that I didn't like.

Rob Dias is amazing! The food here was amazingI feel like we tried half of the menuThe escargot is so deliciousThe baked Brie is perfection.

I've been here a few times and it's kind of hit and miss. Nice decor, but food over the past year has been inconsistent. The last time I was there the salmon was way over cooked.like, c'mon guys. It's just as bad as ordering steak rare and getting it well done. I would expect a restaurant "like this" not to make this mistake. way way too overdone.

The staff were super attendant, the chef made it extra special by whipping up an appetizer and presenting it to us, free of charge, which was absolutely delicious. The waiter recommended certain items on the menu and even talked me into something I thought I would not like. But she was correct in stating that it was superb. Excellent place to dine.

Went with friends. The food was good the atmosphere was nice. Get there early, they get busy,sometimes the line is out the door. My friends and I had a great time.
