Fat Bastard Burrito Co - Whitby

The restaurant advertises unlimited extra guacamole, but when I asked for more, the server only gave me two small spoons and said there would be an additional charge for more. The signs are misleading and I won't be returning due to false advertising.

This place is the absolute best. The staff is friendly and the food is fantastic.

We placed our order online, drove out of our way to pick it up, and brought it back home to eat. However, when we opened our meal, we realized that everything we received was not what we had ordered. After trying to contact the store multiple times with no answer, we had to drive all the way back to have our order remade. Even after confirming that the order on the receipt was correct, the employee still made it incorrectly. When we received the second order, it was incorrect again. We had simply ordered what was printed on the receipt, but even that seemed too difficult for the staff to get right. After finally receiving the correct order on the third attempt, we requested a refund due to the inconvenience and added time and money spent. However, we were told that we could only get a refund through the website we had ordered from, not directly from the store. When I asked for an email address for the store owner to address my ongoing issues with hair and plastic in my food, I was told they couldn't provide one. This lack of customer service and inability to rectify mistakes has made this the worst experience we have ever had at this restaurant. We will not be returning.

One bite and suddenly I understood the meaning of life and I was speaking fluent Spanish. This HUGE burrito was so massive that it could double as a dumbbell for my forearm workouts. I’ve officially decided to celebrate “burrito thursdays” with them from now on, because why limit fiesta vibes to just the weekends. Go big or Go home! Arriba ! I love only fish taco as I’m a picky eater so I’ll recommend this the most on my behalf. Very tasty and delicious!
