Hooksey's Fish Chips - Whitby

The fish and chips deal for $10 was so good! Amazing price and huge portions! Everything was cooked properly, everything tasted good, temperature was great and service was fast. 10/10 would recommend. Definitely going back soon!

We saw all the great reviews and thought we would try the fish and chips tonight however it was terrible. The fish was chewy and the chips seemed like they had been sitting around for awhile.Unfortunately it seems as though the greatness of this establishment left with the previous owner(s)!!This was the first time we had ever ordered from this place and it will definitely be the last.

I get orders to go after work, often salads. I always ask for dressing on the side, half the time it's on anyway and once they got the salad completely wrong. They did however, offer me a free 1 next time in, when I called. Dressing was on this 1 too lol.Otherwise, it's an ok fact lil place. Little pricey.Wheelchair accessibility: I'm on a cane and an automat door would be helpful as my hands are full when leaving.

Great little restaurant. Like a mom and pop shop. Great food portions for the money. Friendly staff
