Feedback gevenThe service was terrible. don't serve the ladies, but they didn't fit in the Hilton standards. many "mumm, errer and dunnos". when she talked to a girl about the menu, she was too busy watching another table and then talking about us, and we had to repeat everything we had said. asked if we wanted to drink when we were given to them, girls asked the difference between medium and medium-sized rare steak and said: "It is even a difference, well I usually only get well done. the service was also very slow, too busy before chat. only 4 tables in the night, so the service should have been much better. the food was delicious, well made to the cook! quite different experience at breakfast the next day, could not mistake the team.
After we had said we had to hurry, it took three quarters of an hour before the starters arrived. then, although we had agreed that the main thing begins to be cooked at the same time, as the appetizers they arrived another twenty minutes before the arrival, after we had finished the appetizers, and the sides arrived 10 minutes after their net until we almost finished the net. the manager apologised friendly and gave extra drink and kidnapped bad gnocchis and late pages from the bill. unbelievably poor for a jamies advertised restaurant (although noticed that jamies name was deleted from anywhere in the facility!
Service was awful. Nothing against the ladies serving but they did not fit in with the hilton standards. Lots of 'umms, errrs and dunnos '. When talking to one girl about the menu she was too busy looking at another table and then talking over us at someone else and we had to repeat everything we had said. Not very good serving manners. Asked if we wanted drinks when we had just been given them, girl questioned the difference between medium and medium rare steak and said 'is there even a difference, well I usually just get well done '. Service was extremely slow as well, too busy up front chatting. Only 4 tables that night so service should have been alot better. Food was delicious though, well done to the chef! Completely different experience at breakfast next day, couldn 't fault the team.

And the sides arrived 10minutes after their mains by which time we had almost finished the mains. Manager apologised kindly and gave extra drink and deducted poor gnocchis and late sides from bill. Incredibly poor for a Jamie’s advertised restaurant (although noted that Jamie’s name has been erased from anywhere in the establishment!
