Feedback gevenI placed an online order in advance for 3 tacos - one hard shell and two soft shells. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was informed that they were out of hard shells and asked if I would like my third taco in a soft shell instead. I found this lack of common sense concerning. I had to wait for my third taco to be made, causing my other two tacos to get cold. When I got home, I found my takeout box on its side in the bag, resulting in a mess (see attached picture). There was hardly any filling in the tacos and they were cold, not even in the shells. After spending $30, I was not even full. This was not an ideal first experience and I will not be returning.
The food was fresh, delicious and prepared by an amazing sandwich artist (Christian) with superb skill and great Customer Service. Definitely going back!
Food isnt very authentic but it still tastes good. Lots of fresh toppings etc.Service is fast and friendly
My boyfriend and I stopped in and placed our orders to go on the way to Ottawa on Sunday evening. The whole experience was terrible and I would never EVER eat there again, nor do I recommend anyone else does! The service was terrible and if the woman that has apparently been there for the 3 years since they opened could smile and at least fake liking her job, that would have been a plus! She was rude, had rude looks on her face the whole time while dealing with us and the gentleman before us. We both ordered regular burritos, mine had shrimp in it and he had the Chorizo. Both burritos were not good at all. They both lacked flavour and the amount of rice and beans in it were way too much. The meat and shrimp portions were clearly lacking. The rice and beans were also cold, not in the least bit warm. I ended up picking the shrimp out of the burrito and dumped it in the garbage at the next service station, and my boyfriend ate half of his, only because he was starving. I too was very hungry but i would rather eat dog food. Really such a disappointment on every level, and I would not be in the least surprised of the business closes down. To the owner of the franchise... do yourself and your business a favour and hire staff that actually are happy to be at work and genuinely care about the patrons, your business and the franchise itself.... personally I would never have anyone that miserable working for me. Let her clean toilets or something of that nature where she does not have to interact with customers
When the restaurant first opened, the staff were friendly and well-informed. However, it seems that this has changed over time. If you visit after 5 p.m., the food presentation is not appealing and you may have to wait for them to prepare more. The portions are large but messy. The staff appear distracted and often indifferent. It's time to step up and improve, guys.
