Popeye's Chicken & Seafood - Whitby

Today, while in the area, I was searching for the wonderful Popeyes restaurant I used to frequent. However, I was surprised to discover that it had been renamed to Rotisserie Mom's.

I would give this restaurant just 1.5 stars. I ordered an 8-piece chicken meal without opting for the family meal because the customer in front of me didn't receive any biscuits with their order.

This restaurant was formerly a Popeye's Chicken and Seafood franchise, but had to rebrand due to their longstanding dedication to their Muslim customers.

We are huge fans of KFC but the chicken here is good and a bit spicier if you like that. They even have corn on the cob which is awesome if you are craving it. The biscuits are soooo good when hot with butter. And the front staff girls - so friendly!

This franchise has the worst service ever. There was a mistake in my order and they expected me to drive back to the restaurant eventhough they have delivery. When i complained to head office they responded with more questions but NEVER followed up. Hopefully now being part of QSR Inc the standards will be better.
